This role is integral to the success of our banquet and catering operations, supporting a wide variety of conferences, weddings, and special events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality cuisine.### Key Responsibilities* Assist the Chef and culinary leadership team in the production and execution of food for banquet and group events* Accurately interpret and execute recipes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation* Prepare ingredients including chopping, peeling, portioning, and cooking* Set up and break down workstations with required ingredients and equipment* Minimize food waste through proper organization, portion control, and cross-utilization* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times* Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of food and supplies* Be accountable for the quality, timing, and presentation of all prepared dishes* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards### Qualifications* Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume banquet or catering kitchen is essential* Strong ability to follow recipes and written instructions precisely* Excellent knife skills and knowledge of multiple cooking techniques* Demonstrated commitment to food safety and sanitation standards* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team* Strong organizational and time management skills* Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow**Compensation:**-Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
