Responsibilities
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to resolve problems and handle complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor the progress of delivery routes and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders to ensure service commitments are met.
Perform administrative logistics tasks such as scanning haul‑away pods, verifying stamps, and diagnosing delivery issues.
Utilize Microsoft Office programs to document interactions and maintain exceptional organizational standards while multi‑tasking.
Qualifications
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to thrive under pressure and satisfactorily resolve customer issues in a call center or logistics environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work an onsite schedule based on business needs.
