Operations Assistant/Diagrammer

Open position: Entry level, Full-time.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks and load diagramming in support of transportation and warehouse departments, including completing load diagrams in WMS to support efficiency and safety.
Collect and prepare information for various operational reports and perform data entry tasks using word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Collaborate closely with other employees to ensure the company's business is executed efficiently and effectively.
Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1–2 years of related experience.
Occasionally required to lift/carry materials/products weighing up to 50 lbs.
