A Day in the Life: As the Assistant Deli Manager, you'll be the second-in-command to our Deli Manager, ensuring the daily operations of the deli department run smoothly. You'll be the guardian of quality, the champion of customer service, and the master of cleanliness. Your mission: manage inventory, train staff, and create a positive and productive work environment. Plus, you'll get to showcase your creativity by implementing merchandising strategies and collaborating with other departments to make sure our customers have an epic shopping experience. Pay Transparency: Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay*, PTO/Vacation pay*, paid holidays*, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
