Real Estate License or in the process of getting one Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members. Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry. Familiarity with the Fort Worth-Arlington real estate market is a plus, helping you stay informed about local trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and learning from experienced agents. Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage client interactions and streamline processes. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. Compensation
