Yip Associates is a leading boutique Forensic Accounting firm that services clients in investigations, litigation, bankruptcy, and fiduciary matters. We are seeking driven individuals with a curious mindset to expand and grow our practice.

Read, analyze, and assess financial and non-financial records
Identification and tracing of assets
Build financial models for various needs
Compile information and draft various financial reports
Prepare exhibits and illustrations of data
Qualifications:
A strong desire to be a Forensic Accountant as a long term career
Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field of study
A Certified Public Accountant, or the strong intent to sit for the CPA exams is helpful. Certified Fraud Examiner, and other certifications are also helpful
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks and PowerPoint – other programs a plus
Attention to Detail – the ability to pick up on the smallest of inconsistencies within a data-set, exhibit, or report
Curiosity – relies on intuition and experience to complement data; ability to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; always asks why or how
Problem Solving – identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; ability to troubleshoot or research; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; uses reason to find answers
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills – writes clearly and informatively; always double checks work for errors; speaks clearly, and has the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
Teamwork – exhibits objectivity and openness to other viewpoints; able to build morale and contributes to team goals; supports everyone’s efforts to succeed
