The Showroom & Sample Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting wholesale, marketing, and creative initiatives by managing the end-to-end coordination of showroom operations and sample assets. This position serves as a key liaison between internal teams, global partners, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure samples are accurately tracked, prepared, and delivered for market. This role is responsible for overseeing sample inventory and storage, coordinating seasonal showroom set-up and breakdowns in partnership with global merchandising teams, and supporting line openings by reviewing product accuracy and requesting new samples as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage coordination between internal stakeholders, external customers and photo shoots.

Before market, unpack all new season samples and assist Brand Image team with locating samples for setting the showroom.

Responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient sample storage system.

Communicate with vendors on a regular basis to ensure timely receipt of appropriate samples.

Facilitate quarterly showroom breakdown after market.

After market, breakdown showrooms. Schedule time with to meet with the wholesale and RLE digital operations coordinators to pass samples off for shoots.

Review, tag and/ or re-order samples needed to shoot for the season.

Prior to sending to studio for storage and shooting. Pull samples for national advertising shoot for Wholesale rigs and styling items for campaign.

After sending samples to RLE studio, manage request for product from Sales team, Marketing, PR and Advertising.

Once samples are shot they are returned to be used as needed by accounts.

Salary range: $20.6 - $31 hourly.

Ability to maneuver around the showroom & office, & lift up to 30 lbs
