Scheduling Coordinator

Salary: $20.00 per hour (Full‑time Night Shifts Available)
Responsibilities
Oversight over all daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for the Operations division.
Successfully identify solutions that balance the needs of the employee with the demands of the operation.
Create shifts and assignments where needed, and modify the daily schedule as needed, including notifying and communicating with employees regarding shift assignments, trade approvals, and PTO requests.
Ensure satisfactory reconciliation and synchronization of scheduling information in the timekeeping system.
Review and verify employee hours for accuracy. Assist in recording and maintaining employee attendance records/files and payroll functions.
Prepare and compile various periodic reports and documents for review and analysis, such as weekly payroll stats, personnel stats, absence reports, overtime tracking, and other related reports.
Ensure compliance with all location‑specific operating procedures, collective bargaining agreements, union contracts, etc.
Maintain accurate schedules for PTO, shift trades/giveaways, Float assignments.
Schedule public relations demonstrations, standbys, and special event staffing.
Promptly and courteously respond to inquiries from field and leadership personnel.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Adhere to and comply with information systems security; follow policies and procedures and attend training when offered.
Champion affirmative action efforts in all aspects of employment and comply with company/department policies and procedures.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work under time restraints
Ability to perform mathematical and statistical calculations
Effective communication skills
Scheduling experience
Qualifications
Prior experience preferred
Working knowledge and experience in staffing/scheduling
Experience with Kronos/Telestaff preferred
Onsite, not a remote position
