Position Summary This role is part of the Sourcing & Inventory Team and plays a key part in administering sourcing and inventory projects. The position supports the upkeep of inventory systems with accurate, up‑to‑date supplier information and provides administrative oversight to identify gaps, drive projects, and ensure sourcing initiatives are properly tracked, managed, and completed. This role requires a high level of organization and self‑driven independent focus. Expertise in one or more data management programs such as Excel is required.

Essential Functions

Commit to FIELD’s Mission Statement, Core Values, and Fieldamentals.

Review large data sets across multiple projects: define required inputs/outputs, gather information, and ensure timely actions are delegated.

Support purchasing operations by maintaining the ERP (P21) through the management of MOQs, Lead Times, Inventory Levels etc.

Support our Inventory Programs through preparing data, oversee decisions based on the data and executing changes or adjustments with suppliers.

Assist in various sourcing and inventory management projects related to cost savings, inventory projects and/or supplier onboarding.

Analyze supplier information and prepare concise reports, including Excel‑based summaries for further team analysis.

Pull, organize, and communicate data to the appropriate internal team members for execution.

Track project progress (% complete), identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions to keep projects on schedule.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, external suppliers (domestic and international), and customers.

Schedule and organize internal/external meetings; prepare agendas, record notes, and track action items.

Maintain active project action plans, follow up on open tasks, and close gaps to ensure timely completion.

Provide cross‑functional support to on‑site teams such as Account Management, Implementation, and Quality.

Perform additional office or project duties as assigned.

Education, Skills and Experience Required

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Polite and professional manner.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.

Prior experience in project management and/or administrative support required.

Ability to work in fast‑paced, team‑based environment.

Microsoft Office suite with strong emphasis on Excel.

Intermediate level Excel skills required with ability to create pivot tables, basic to intermediate formulas, vlookup/xlookup, and graphs creation.

A fundamental understanding of project management techniques.

Experience successfully managing multiple projects, changing priorities, and tracking project status.

Capable of strategically analyzing and interpreting data, coupled with chart development abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal direction at times.

Ability to push projects and tasks forward in a professional manner.

Strong communication skills to interact with suppliers.

Strong time management skills and detail orientation.

Highly motivated and well organized.

Additional Skills Preferred

College degree in business, supply chain, buying, engineering, quality, or related field; relevant experience equal to a four‑year degree will be considered.

Prior experience in planning, sourcing, inventory, purchasing, or data analysis preferred.

Working knowledge of P21 extremely helpful.
