Process daily transfer orders across inbound, outbound, and DSD workflows. Monitor inventory balances across all locations, with a focus on DSD sites. Reconcile inventory balances weekly with external logistics partners (3PLs). Partner with Finance to investigate and resolve inventory-related issues. Create and maintain accurate inventory adjustments within Oracle/WMS systems. Support the Logistics team in maintaining data integrity, documentation, and communication with outside partners. High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred. Experience working with computers, business systems, or data entry functions. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
