Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service.
Clean, fill, and rotate tortilla displays.
Assist in making a variety of different tortillas and masa for the department.
Interact with general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Follow detailed written or oral instructions.
Qualifications
Read and write Spanish/English.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra awesome).
Retail Management Certificate (extra awesome).

Opportunity Under direct supervision, the Tortilleria Clerk provides friendly, courteous and helpful service to customers. The working environment is typical for a fast‑paced grocery store, requiring physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling.

Full‑time employment.
Entry level position.
