Warehouse Specialist

Hourly Pay:
$18-$20/hr + annual performance bonus opportunity

Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
We're partnering with a fast-growing home improvement retailer that serves homeowners, renovators, and contractors with high-quality building materials most notably entry doors, molding, and other in-demand products. These stores move fast, customers make big purchasing decisions, and the team is investing heavily in improving its sales experience and culture.
We're seeking a reliable and hardworking
Warehouse Helper
to support daily warehouse operations. This individual plays a key role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe environment by assisting with receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
Move, stack, and organize products using pallet jacks or hand trucks
Assist with order picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation
Support inventory control efforts by helping maintain accurate counts and reporting discrepancies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; properly dispose of waste and packaging materials
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Collaborate with team members and assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is helpful but not required
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs
Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periodsBasic reading and math skills for labels, counts, and simple documentationDependable, punctual, and a strong team player
Skills & Competencies
Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Effective communication skills
Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
