Now Hiring a Shipping Coordinator at our Salisbury, North Carolina distribution center.
This is a full‑time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM).
Benefits
No weekends or holidays.
Paid Time Off: 18 days available during your first year.
Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Responsibilities
Ensure safe and accurate inventory and material movement within the Shipping Department.
Coordinate picking, checking, packing, and shipping functions, and assist with setting pick priorities and rush orders.
Trace customer shipping issues using the Parcel Manifest system and work with carrier personnel on documentation and pick‑up requirements.
Train new personnel on Shipping Lines and the Parcel Manifesting System, including standard operating procedures and use of powered industrial equipment, conveying, and shipment processing equipment.
Assist the Crew Leader in monitoring the proficiency of each team member within the Shipping department.
Coordinate Shipping supply stocks and reorder inventories with the Purchasing Department.
Manage the movement and restock of cardboard at the packing stations.
Ensure company asset control involving materials movement and materials‑handling equipment.
Qualifications
General knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations.
Average math skills.
Effective reading and writing skills.
Problem‑solving ability.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to spend much of your time standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
