Financial Package
Weekly Pay: full‑time drivers can earn $1,052.67 – $2,000.69 per week.
Annual Pay: $54,704.00 – $104,000.00 per year.
Full pay package includes accessorial compensation (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, mileage pay). Total earnings can range from $1,052.67 to $2,000.69 per week ($54,704.00 – $104,000.00 per year) depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.68 – $0.72 per mile.
Transition Package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks.

Hiring Qualifications
Must have a valid Class A CDL
Must be 21 years of age or older
4+ months of driving experience
A safe driving record on the road
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
Prefer 1‑year truck driving experience, but not necessary
Background Check required
Clean Drug Test required
Clean Clearinghouse result required
Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required for flatbed drivers).
California Fair Chance Qualified Applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
