We are looking for a

Business Operations and Efficiencies Lead

who will strengthen cross‑functions alignment, elevate execution of the cross and strategic projects and develop the company’s processes and approaches. This role requires strong collaboration skills – especially with the executive team – business value thinking, execution, data‑driven decision making and the ability to drive cultural and structural change.

You will work closely with the Executive Team to design and enforce the systems, company’s rituals, processes, and rhythms that enable the company to be efficient and to scale.

What’s in it for you?

Radical Ownership:

Own the company’s operating system end to end – processes, rituals, and execution. You’re accountable for outcomes, empowered to fix what’s broken, and trusted to build systems that scale.

Global Impact:

Shape how the company operates across regions and time zones. Your work aligns teams worldwide and directly impacts the business at a global scale.

High Autonomy:

Build from first principles with real decision‑making authority. Choose the tools, set the cadence, and drive transformation with minimal bureaucracy and full leadership trust.

Key Responsibilities

Strengthen a system with company’s rituals and operations process:

Define and implement daily, weekly, and monthly planning rituals processes.

Introduce shared dashboards to visualize progress and maintain transparency.

Ensure that team rituals become the backbone of consistent execution.

Design a results‑driven operational onboarding program for new leaders.

Establish internal project management and knowledge‑sharing tools as the single source of truth for async work and company initiatives.

Create practical tools that help employees follow core rituals and processes.

Partner with the People Operations Team and Executive Team to support successful adoption of company’s practices.

Managing strategic projects:

Suggest and manage projects as a Project Manager to make sure this brings value to business, made as per company’s project management requirements and within stakeholders expectations.

Implement Ownership in cross‑functional OKR’s:

Introduce a structured dual‑ownership model: Business Owner (accountable for outcome) + Execution Lead (responsible for delivery).

Facilitate prioritization of cross‑functional OKR’s at the Executive level.

Build a process for expectations management during execution.

Ensure every cross‑functional initiative has clear requirements, priorities, and responsibilities.

Align teams around goals, principles, and expected behaviors in the goal‑setting process.

Facilitate Executive Team goal‑setting sessions.

Establish and run all goal‑setting rituals: quarterly planning, reviews, and ongoing monitoring etc.

Support Executive Team in framing strategic objectives, measurable outcomes, and priorities.

Ensure goals are lived in reality, not maintained as formal artifacts.

Required Experience

5–7 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.

Hands‑on experience designing and scaling OKR systems in complex organizations.

Strong facilitation skills across executive meetings, planning cycles, and retrospectives.

Proven ability to drive behavioral and cultural change across multiple teams.

Practical experience in organizational design, role clarity, and leadership development.

High standards for communication, documentation, and systems thinking.

Fluency in English.

Strong track record of data‑informed decision‑making.

Demonstrated experience working closely with executive leadership.

We Offer

Freedom for all – Work remotely or at a co‑working place of your choice in your favorite band t‑shirt.

Creativity every day – Make inspiring products for musicians, artists and creators – no day is the same.

Impactful work – Influence the future of the music industry and change the lives of millions worldwide.

Generous equipment allowance and co‑working spaces (for those not in Cyprus).

Growth and development – Receive specialized training, language lessons, conferences and learning materials.

Access to therapy whenever you need it, and assistance in difficult life circumstances.

We believe everyone in the Muse Group team is a leader. That’s why our core philosophy is based on our leadership principles.

Leaders focus on daily outcomes. Each day is a small life. Speed and accuracy in planning are the foundation of trust.

We consciously embrace imperfection in work for the sake of speed. Perfectionism slows progress, so it’s essential to move quickly and try new things.

Radical responsibility means taking personal accountability for every aspect of personal and team work, including problems and their solutions. It shifts focus from “we” to “I,” where I take full responsibility for the result without blaming external circumstances or other people.

Follow the principles of persistence and strive for the best results.

Ask for help when needed and offer it to others.
