Are you an experienced CDL A driver with a passion for hauling large and unique loads looking to average between $1,500 and $2,000 weekly? JB Harris Transport LLC is rapidly expanding and actively hiring Class A CDL Heavy Haul Multi‑Axle Operators to join our top‑tier team! We specialize in the transport of heavy construction equipment such as excavators, telehandlers, backhoes, and more for OEMs, dealerships, rental companies, and contractors across the continental U.S.

Key Responsibilities
Safely load, transport, and unload heavy construction equipment (Lowboy, RGN, Landoll, Dove Tail trailers).
Secure all loads using straps, chains, and binders in compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
Adhere to Oversize/Overweight (OS/OW) permits and route requirements.
Maintain accurate logs and records using ELD and comply with HOS regulations.
Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and vehicle maintenance.
Maintain communication with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Follow company, FMCSA, SC®RA, and OSHA regulations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience operating:
Earth‑moving equipment
Aerial work platforms
Experience with:
Dump trailers
Touch freight deliveries
Concrete mixers
12‑axle combinations
Doubles/Triples Endorsements

Wage Range: $1,500.00 – $2,000.00 per week General Description of Benefits: JB Harris Transport LLC offers health, vision, and dental insurance through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Coverage becomes effective 60 days from your hire date. Additional insurance options, including Short‑Term Disability (STD), Long‑Term Disability (LTD), and other voluntary benefits, are available through MetLife. JB Harris Transport LLC offers a Simple IRA retirement plan with an employer match of up to 3% of your contributions, administered by Edward Jones.
Additional Benefits: Voluntary Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance – Available up to five times your salary (maximum of $300,000) in increments of $10,000. Proof of insurability is required for coverage exceeding $100,000. Short‑Term Disability – Provides coverage for up to 12 weeks, available after 60 days of employment. Supplemental Insurance Options – Voluntary Cancer, Critical Illness, and Accident coverage is available through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Paid Holidays – Employees receive eight (8) paid holidays annually.
