Job Summary As a registered behavior technician (RBT), you will work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and track progress through daily session data.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention protocols
Collect data during sessions and report progress to the clinical team
Support skill development and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
Participate in ongoing supervision, coaching, and feedback

High school diploma
At least 18 years of age

Organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback

Willingness to complete RBT training (if not already certified)
