About the Role:
Apartner Staffing is currently seeking a
local Pest Control company
to fill a
temporary-to-permanent Apartment Pest Control Technician position . We are looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated technician to support multifamily residential properties by managing and eliminating pests, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. In this role, you will conduct inspections, create customized treatment plans, and educate residents on preventative measures to help maintain pest‑free communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of apartment units and common areas within multifamily residential properties
Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans
Apply pest control methods safely, including chemical, biological, and mechanical techniques
Educate residents and staff on prevention strategies and best practices
Maintain accurate and detailed service recordsAdhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug test
Physical ability to perform tasks requiring walking, standing, stooping, bending, reaching, and crawling
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently
