Job Description: Coordinador BIM – Área Oficina Técnica Objetivo del Cargo
Asegurar la
implementación eficiente
y el
control riguroso
de la metodología
BIM
en proyectos de obras subterráneas, garantizando
integración multidisciplinaria

coherencia técnica
para optimizar procesos y reducir riesgos.
Principales Responsabilidades
Coordinar
integración de modelos BIM entre disciplinas.
Supervisar
aplicación de estándares BIM.
Gestionar
interoperabilidad entre plataformas.
Controlar
actualización de modelos y planos.
Reportar
indicadores BIM.
Capacitar
al personal técnico.
Funciones Generales
Participar en reuniones técnicas.
Mantener comunicación con proveedores.
Elaborar informes de avances y desviaciones.
Funciones Específicas del Área
Validar compatibilidad técnica de modelos.
Apoyar planificación digital (simulación 4D).
Gestionar documentación y control de versiones.
Funciones Específicas del Cargo
Implementar protocolos BIM en túneles y galerías.
Realizar
clash detection .
Integrar datos geotécnicos.
Supervisar modelos
as‑built .
Requisitos Excluyentes
Formación:
Ingeniero Civil, Arquitecto, Ingeniero Constructor o Constructor Civil.
Experiencia:
5 años en proyectos de infraestructura.
2 años en proyectos interdisciplinarios complejos con BIM.
Software:
Manejo avanzado de
REVIT ,
NAVISWORKS ,
SYNCHRO PRO .
Capacitación:
Cursos o diplomados en BIM.
Certificaciones
BIM Manager o equivalente.
Deseable ISO 19650.
Curso en Prevención de Riesgos en Obras Subterráneas.
Competencias Técnicas
Modelación avanzada.
Gestión de interoperabilidad.
Control de calidad digital.
