Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team.
Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet Canopy & Hilton brand standards.
Coordinate daily schedules, room assignments, and inspections.
Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
Manage daily housekeeping operations, including maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards.
Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely manner.
Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
Oversee and conduct room inspections.
Recruit, interview, and train team members.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping leadership experience (hotel experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Positive, hands‑on leadership style.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Passion for cleanliness, teamwork, and hospitality.
