Night Auditor

to be the go-to person during overnight hours—keeping things running smoothly while delivering the kind of service that makes guests feel right at home.

Compensation + Benefits:

$15.00 per hour. Full-Time Team Members receive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life, 401(k), STD, LTD, paid holiday, vacation, personal & sick time, lean management training, and numerous other employee discount benefits through our HR provider LL Roberts.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth—even at 2 AM!

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and late-night arrivals with professionalism

Monitor guest accounts and post charges accurately

Complete nightly reconciliation and audit tasks

Take reservations by phone or online and assist with inquiries

Process payments and issue room keys

Keep the front desk secure, organized, and efficient throughout your shift

Be aware of hotel events, guest needs, and emergency protocols

Assist guests with luggage or special requests when needed

Provide prompt and courteous service to every guest—even when it’s quiet

What We're Looking For:

Previous front desk experience preferred, but not required

High school diploma or GED

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Friendly, professional, and dependable — even on the night shift

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Able to bend, move, and multitask comfortably during overnight hours

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Must be available to work 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays
