What you’ll bring to the team About the Role With a strong focus on staff and guest obsession, the Senior Host

plays a key role in making our resort the best place to work and visit. This is a guest-facing, frontline position for an experienced team member who thrives on delivering outstanding service and supporting smooth daily operations.

As a Senior Host, you will be a trusted presence in your assigned zone, acting as a constant source of knowledge for both guests and team members while supporting leadership in delivering an exceptional resort experience.

Key Responsibilities Role Modelling & Leadership Support

Deliver excellent guest service while supporting smooth, efficient resort operations

Participate in shift briefings to review daily tasks and priorities

Monitor staff break rotations to ensure appropriate coverage throughout the day

Complete presentation checklists and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety

Support opening and closing duties in line with operating procedures

Act as the first point of contact for guest enquiries, resolving concerns and providing accurate information

Lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and high-quality service

Zonal Operations

Manage guest flow and provide exceptional service at entrances, ticket scanning, and admissions

Complete retail duties including sales transactions, stock control, loss prevention, and upselling

Assist with shows, educational classes, and immersive experiences, including venue preparation and guest engagement

Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness across the resort, including restrooms and public areas

Perform ride hosting and ride operating duties, ensuring safety and service standards are consistently met

As a Ride Host: greet and organize guests across multiple attractions

As a Ride Operator (following training and clearance): oversee ride operations, coordinate staff, and maintain efficiency to minimize queue times

Monitor water attractions while ensuring guest safety and enjoyment

Maintain Shallow Water Lifeguard certification in line with operational requirements

Complete opening and closing routines as required

Liaise with the leadership team to resolve resort-wide guest issues

Adapt to different roles and responsibilities across zones, supporting the wider team as needed
