The Billing & Audit Coordinator will oversee all aspects of insurance and government billing in addition to government follow‑up, accounts receivables reimbursement, and contractual review for all three facilities. The position will initially oversee 2 supervisors, 3 leads, and indirectly a number of billing, auditors, collectors and reimbursement staff.
Required:
Associate's degree in a related field or minimum 10 years accounts receivable management experience required in a healthcare environment.
Extensive knowledge of billing and audit functions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree.
FDCPA background.
Experience with HBOC STAR, SSI Billing System and PCON.
