$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
North Carolina
Role Summary This role is designed for an LMFT who wants to practice relational and systems-based therapy in a fully remote setting. You will work with individuals, couples, and families while following clear clinical workflows that support consistency, documentation accuracy, and long-term client progress.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
Assess relational dynamics and family systems
Develop and manage structured treatment plans
Track progress and update clinical notes in a timely manner
Participate in case reviews and clinical discussions
Support clinical standards and ethical compliance
Active
North Carolina LMFT
license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience providing outpatient or telehealth services
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Ability to manage a steady caseload remotely
