Pay:
$13.50 + tips (average tips rate is $5.00-$6.00/hour)
Role Responsibilities
Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who are actively playing Poker. Maintains a constant survey of tables and fills, as needed.
Takes set‑ups to dealers as they are called for.
Seats customers on available Poker tables as directed by the Floor Supervisor.
Fills out appropriate paperwork.
Wipes down Poker tables and picks up dirty glasses and ashtrays from empty seats.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time (4 hours).
Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; and, have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel.
Respond to visual and aural cues.
Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing dust, loud noises and bright lights.
Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
Ability to speak distinctly and persuasively.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Education & Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED
A minimum of one-year customer service experience in a position where there is direct customer contact preferred.
Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Must be mathematically inclined and able to pass a basic math assessment.
Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
Must be able to get along with co‑workers and work as a team.
Must present a well‑groomed appearance.
Must be 21 years of age.
License Requirements
Ability to obtain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio.
