Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in
West Palm Beach, FL
(required);
Experience as Scrum Master with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects (5 years);
Experience in Jira administration, including customization and project management capabilities;
Experience with databases, such as SQL and Oracle;
Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or similar;
Experience with commercial software platforms, including SAP and Salesforce;
Experience with agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe;
Experience with the enterprise software development lifecycle and DevOps practices;
CSM Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification.
Preferred
Experience with ERP implementations and CRM platforms;
Experience with enterprise architecture and system integrations;
Experience in the energy or utilities industry;
Advanced certifications in Jira and project management.
Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in agile best practices;
Oversee sprint planning, manage complex project workflows using Jira;
Lead cross-functional teams in large-scale enterprise solution implementation;
Identify and remove impediments to maintain productivity across workstreams;
Coach teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement;
Track and report key metrics using Jira and other tools;
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
