Your Contribution As a Senior HRIS Systems Process Specialist reporting to the Head of HR Information Systems, you will work with Global Process Owners and Key Users in CoE HR Processes & Digitization to establish harmonized global processes and digital initiatives. The role focuses on improving and transforming HR Time Management in partnership with Operations. As a Regional ambassador, this specialist promotes HR digitalization, standardization, harmonization, simplification, and innovation across MAHLE
Facilitate the integration of regional perspectives and resources into global projects
Central Point of Contact for country specific HR Processes and Digitization needs within the region, assessment and escalation to global CoE
Support implementation of Global HR Processes across countries within North America in alignment with global guidelines and governance
Define and implement additional regional HR business processes, and regional HR processes of approval and signature guideline in alignment with global defined processes and assurance of additional regional needs and requirements
Provide additional
expertise
and resources for value critical projects
Assure global definitions, guidelines and standards are followed down to the local level
Provide regional HR Process & System support
Support the training and enablement efforts for new applications and functionalities
Ensure up-to-date process documentation, training materials, guidelines and process design for regional and country specific processes (supported within respective SSC)
Locate faults, solve them or forward to responsible department
Adopt Q&A for regional SSC HR and SSC IT for regional and country specific processes
Support regional and country related testing, test coordination & documentation
Report and track regional and local KPIs
Support the HR Time Management transformation to Operations
Align and transfer the local HR Time Management responsibilities to Operations
Ensure regional and country specific Time Management processes are defined and documented with training materials and guidelines to support the transformation to Operations
Ensure Time Management process documentation, training materials, guidelines and process design for regional and country specific processes (supported within respective SSC) are up to date
Support regional Time Management maintenance and enhancement of required changes to WorkSchedules, Time Evaluation rules, Calendars and Interfaces
Your Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology
7+ years previous or related experience
Experience with SAP modules PA, PT, BN, PY, OM & ESS as well as SuccessFactors
Experience within HR projects in an international environment
Understanding of global HR IT concepts and dependencies
Understanding of operational HR Processes and concepts
Solid project planning and execution, organization and communication skills
Good team player who is self-driven, service‑ and result oriented personality
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
