You’ll lead an incredible overnight team in delivering an exemplary level of guest service by maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park. Whether it’s pressure washing pathways, detail cleaning restrooms, operating specialized equipment, or a variety of other janitorial‑related tasks, your work is critical in ensuring the park is prepared for continued operation. As a team leader, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy, and an unyielding commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically represents the organization by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.

Ensure a safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals.

Responsible for the development of OJT’s and ambassadors by providing training, feedback, and coaching.

Ensure compliance to all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures.

Ensure ambassadors receive break and meal periods in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the park, conduct quality inspections of assigned areas, and follow up on any opportunities to improve.

Maintain inventory and stock/replace area supplies and equipment as needed.

Schedule compactor pulls.

Monitor daily labor to align with labor budget and daily attendance.

Conduct equipment and safety checks in compliance with department and company standards.

Attend to ambassadors and follow park protocol in emergency situations.

Respond to ambassador and guest needs.

Communicate effectively with other areas within the department as well as other departments in the park.

Track information to complete daily and weekly reports.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

High school diploma preferred.

Able to positively interact with guests and co-workers of all ages, ethnic/cultural backgrounds, and/or language, and individuals with special needs.

Possession of a valid state driver’s license.

Able to lift or move 75 lbs.

Able to complete provided CPR/AED training/certification.

Able to be trained and certified at all assigned areas and job functions.

Able to climb stairs/ladders.

Comfortable with operating forklift, scissor lift, man lift, and pressure washers.

Able to operate and maneuver in/around tight spaces.

Able to use heavy equipment for cleaning.

Comfortable with exposure to noise and vibrations.

Able to work in all weather conditions and temperature extremes.

Able to train on and properly use protective gear.

Comfortable working around fumes/dust/odor.

Able to bend, sit, stand, squat, stoop, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms at shoulder level or below, and climb and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level.

Comfortable speaking in front of large groups of guests and team members.

Able to remain calm and professional during challenging situations.

Shifts are scheduled between 12 am and 9:30 am with weekend availability a requirement.

Compensation : $16.00 per hour
