Benefits You Can Count On
Pay Rate: $65,000 – $110,000 per year.
During training: $55,000 – $70,000 per year.
Sign‑on bonus: Up to $15,000, depending on experience.
Day 1 Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; FSA/HSA; company‑paid life insurance.
Paid holidays and vacation time, with sick leave accrual starting day one.
401(k) profit‑sharing plan after 90 days.

What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour deliveries.
Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
Maintain driver log (Manual or PeopleNet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You’ll Bring
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A).
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Must meet MBM’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
