Cashiers are the heart of Burlington's success. As the last person our customers interact with in stores, you are responsible for creating a lasting and positive memory of their shopping experience. By always maintaining a positive and professional attitude and delivering excellent customer service, you help customers move through the checkout process quickly and easily.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
Accurately and efficiently ring items on the register
Process layaways, returns, and exchanges
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time
Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Qualifications
Exudes enthusiasm for delivering great value to customers every day
Shows pride and ownership in helping drive positive results for a team
Treats colleagues and customers with respect
Believes in the power of diversity and inclusion
