Position Overview As a lead teacher, you will be working hands‑on, teaching “Mommy and Me” classes for babies/toddlers and their parents as well as physical education classes for preschool and grade‑school kids. As you become a proficient lead teacher, you’ll begin learning administration, sales, training and other business functions.
Responsibilities
Teach “Mommy and Me” classes for babies/toddlers and their parents.
Teach physical education classes for preschool and grade‑school children.
Assist with administration, scheduling and sales support.
Participate in training and development opportunities.
Attend weekly staff meetings every Monday afternoon, 1:00‑4:00 p.m., and be available for weekend hours.
Qualifications
Education or background in sports, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, etc. is considered.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekend hours and Monday afternoons.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
