Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Management Analyst Journeyman located at Robins AFB.
Required Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD or other United States Government (USG) ISR/SOF Organizations. OR, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications, five of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF Organizations.
Poses an active SECRET clearance.
Skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for management.
Apply the knowledge, experience and demonstrate the ability to perform tasks related to the technical/professional discipline.
Work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their area of expertise.
Responsibilities Collect and analyze project data to advise and assist in managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information of the various assigned projects.
Advise and assist in the managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information by:
Creating spreadsheets, composing electronic mail, managing databases, maintaining paper and electronic files, and creating documents.
Handling travel arrangements.
Setting up and managing video teleconferencing events and formal conferences.
Conduct weapon system performance analyses, prepare studies, communicate via electronic media, generate monthly higher headquarters reports, compile and maintain aircraft performance metrics and weapons system master plans.
Participating in Lean events and working groups, tracking and managing the Suspense Tracking System (STS), processing Operational Requirements Documents (ORD), creating and managing strategic type plans/documents and all types of briefings, filing, telephone comms, and performing access control.
Able to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program / project guidelines.
