WASTEWATER TREATMENT OPERATOR - SECOND SHIFT
GUILFORD TEXTILE, PINE GROVE
As a member of the EHS team, the Wastewater Treatment Operator will be responsible for controlling, monitoring, and maintaining the equipment and treatment processes in an industrial wastewater treatment plant.
The Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Removing or neutralizing chemicals, solid materials, and organisms in wastewater so that the water is not polluted when it is returned to the environment.
Taking samples and monitoring treatment to ensure treated water is safe for intended use.
Performing in-plant maintenance including cleaning, servicing, lubricating, and repairing pumps, chemical feed equipment, and other mechanical devices regularly found in water, wastewater and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.

Your Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screening
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for a prolonged amount of time.
