to join our dining services team. The ideal candidate will enjoy preparing nutritious, home-style meals and take pride in serving seniors in a warm, respectful environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook daily meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
Ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines and resident preferences.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstations.
Assist with menu planning and food inventory as needed.
Work collaboratively with dietary and care staff to support resident needs.
Qualifications
Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus).
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to follow recipes and accommodate special diets.
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
Must be able to pass required background checks.
