About the Role We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Leader

to drive our commercial expansion across the

Gulf Coast region . This is a senior, high-impact role for a results-driven professional who excels at building strategic partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value opportunities in a technical and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and initiate relationships with prospective clients across targeted Gulf Coast markets.

Lead discovery conversations, schedule meetings, and present tailored solutions to prospective customers.

Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for

oil & gas robotics solutions

in the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with major oil & gas operators and service providers.

Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and global networking events.

Collaborate closely with the UK-based team to ensure seamless client engagement and successful project delivery.

Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development and strategic planning.

Essential Qualifications

5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in complex or technical solutions.

Demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals and managing long, consultative sales cycles.

Strong executive-level presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently.

Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.

Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented professional.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior B2B sales experience within oil & gas, industrial services, robotics, or related sectors.

Established network within the Gulf Coast oil & gas market strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$125,000

Commission:

$5,000–$10,000 annually
