Junior Business Operations Specialist

What you’ll do:
Perform all the relevant new customer checks and open new accounts and set the customer up to access the relevant products;
Apply pricing and fees to customers account schedules;
Check documentation is complete, quality check manual invoices that have been keyed and approve them in the system;
Act on account amendments to pricing, customer name/address/branch whilst always ensuring relevant documentation is available;
Check expired DPR licenses to ensure customers have renewed these and update our system accordingly;
Investigate queries through to resolution and fix the cause;
Follow internal and external audit requirements;
Identify process or system improvements;
Update process documentation;
Partner with colleagues in the Service and Billing Team and other teams;

Experience and Skills What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's Degree
+1 years of experience on similar role
Experience in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Advanced written and spoken English
