Job Overview Graff Masonry Inc. is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Masonry Foreman to lead field operations for a variety of masonry and concrete projects. In this leadership role, you'll work side‑by‑side with your crew—laying brick, block, and concrete—while also coordinating site layout, material orders, and interpreting construction plans. We're looking for a candidate who brings both leadership and craftsmanship to the jobsite, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top‑quality results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead masonry crews on‑site while actively participating in brick, block, and concrete work.
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction plans to execute projects with accuracy.
Order materials with precision, ensuring quantities are correct and deliveries are timely.
Lay out brick and block walls, foundations, and concrete pads.
Set door frames accurately—plumb, level, and to specification.
Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and crew members to maintain workflow and meet project milestones.
Ensure all work complies with company standards and project requirements.
Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in masonry or concrete, including supervisory or lead roles.
Strong ability to read construction plans and perform accurate site layouts.
Experience ordering and tracking masonry and concrete materials.
Skilled in setting door frames, laying brick/block, and placing/pouring concrete.
Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
No specific licenses or certifications required.
