The Specialist Stockroom Inventory
plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of inventory within the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining optimal levels of stock to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory. It is tasked with tracking, monitoring, and managing inventory levels, assisting in the execution of inventory control strategies, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support efficient supply‑chain operations.
Work Schedule Part‑time role between 5‑8 hours weekly.
What you’ll be doing
Provide effective stockroom management per customer agreement with a friendly and professional manner.
Manage route and stops in an effective time‑management manner ensuring all areas are visited per schedule.
Take inventory, put away inventory, input orders into website, and communicate any areas of concern.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of products.
Execute all procedural steps by using the automated system, reference materials, and other documentation to capture and deliver accurate and complete information.
Maintain stockroom at customer's site on a routine basis.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts or over‑stock situations.
Perform regular stockroom audits to verify accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
Collaborate with procurement and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Identify slow‑moving or obsolete inventory items and recommend appropriate actions.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to optimize stockroom layout and organization.
Manage the labeling and tagging of inventory items for easy identification.
Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
Contribute to the identification and resolution of inventory‑related issues.
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment.

Ability to work onsite at a location in Stratham, NH.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of training and experience.
