is hiring a motivated
Supervisor
to lead daily operations, support a strong team, and help deliver excellent service. If you enjoy hands‑on leadership and want real growth potential, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations to keep everything running smoothly
Support, train, and motivate team members
Manage supplies and inventory (order, track, reduce waste)
Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally
Jump in on facility cleaning when needed
Run daily team huddles and attend weekly meetings with management
Perform quality checks and final walkthroughs
Ensure worksites are clean, organized, and professional
Manage labor hours to meet budget goals
Communicate schedule, policy, and process updates clearly
Identify and develop future leaders on your team
Take ownership of client satisfaction and team performance
What We’re Looking For
Reliable transportation & clean driving record
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
Experience managing staff, inventory, or labor budgets
Stable work history and attention to detail
Bilingual skills are a plus
