MAINTENANCE MANAGER
TH Plastics, Inc., is a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio Molding Division.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
8 to 10 years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment
Computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Regular on-site attendance
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities)
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Provide support to troubleshoot and solve issues
Ensure all maintenance and tooling objectives are completed on time and within budget
Work towards root cause solutions to reduce downtime and improve quality
Coordinate with management, customers, production and tooling suppliers to schedule/perform all in house and outsourced tooling maintenance and repairs
Maintain tooling uptime to minimize impact on the customer
Work with other groups involved in manufacturing toward continuous improvement objectives set forth by management
Ensures the facilities equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly
Procures materials, supplies, and repair parts to maintain inventory as required
Track record PM’s and work orders
Coordinate work performed by outside contractors
All other related duties as assigned
