Job Details Job Description: This position is responsible for learning all jobs on the debone training line.
Job Synopsis: The Debone Trainee will learn all jobs including but not limited to Loader, Shoulder Cutter, Wing Roller, Tender Scorer, Clipper, Breast Puller, etc.
Responsibilities
Use knives and scissors.
Wear all protective equipment used in performing debone jobs.
Maintain standard job performance to continue effectively and efficiently with a consistent flow of product.
Stand throughout a 10‑hour shift.
Accept and carry out requests and directions given.
Notify supervisor, line leader, or knife sharpener if a knife is dull, lost, or broken.
Learn other duties when requested.
Keep work area clean.
