This role will be responsible for the administration of Movement’s benefits and retirement programs, including but not limited to: core benefits (medical, dental, vision) life insurance, retirement, disability, and other leaves of absence. This role will participate in the design of new benefits programs, vendor identification and vetting. The administrator will also continually evaluate the performance of existing benefits programs and provide data to support findings and recommended actions. This role will research job requirements and evaluate job positions against company pay philosophies to ensure that Movement is competitive in the areas of pay and
