**Location:** **Job Summary:** The Overnight Houseperson ensures the cleanliness and organization of public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces during the night shift. This role supports guest requests, completes deep cleaning tasks, and addresses any safety or maintenance issues to maintain a pleasant overnight experience for guests. **Essential Functions and Duties:**Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning carpets, elevators, gyms, stairwells, and meeting spaces. Perform light maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, door locks, and unclogging toilets. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.***Required Experience, Education, and Skills:** Prior experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred but not required.Ability to follow safety guidelines and hotel cleaning standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in public areas.Basic maintenance skills, including minor repairs such as changing light bulbs or unclogging toilets. Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
