Our
Gymnastics Coaches
will lead recreational gymnastics classes to children of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 1 year of experience coaching gymnastics or a high-level of achievement as a competitive gymnast.
Knowledge and ability to grow skills and spot skills tumbling, on the bar, beam, and vault.
What we expect from you…
Create a fun and positive learning environment, ensuring the safety and well‑being of all children in class.
Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here and love to smile!
Communicate effectively with parents about skill progression and class information.
Assist with set‑up and clean up of gym before and after class.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. I love that I am interacting with members of the community every day! I am making a great impact on the children in society and giving children and parents a fun place to go! Not only am I teaching gymnastics, but I am aiding in the development of children and assisting in their first interactions in a class/group environment.
