Life Enrichment Support Aide
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Life Enrichment Support Aid to join the Eagle Crest South team in La Crosse! Bring your fun, caring, and energetic personality when you join our team!
What You’ll Do
Be a great benefit to our nursing department through your support and assistance to certified staff with daily resident routines
Transportation to meals and activities
Bed-making and laundry services
Pass snacks and water to capable residents, assist with mealtime needs, and a variety of other tasks
Assist and enhance the day-to-day lives of our residents by coordinating and leading large and small group activities
Visit 1:1 with residents
What You’ll Need
Previous experience working with the aging population is preferred, but not required - we will train the right fit for our team!
Must be an enthusiastic and high energy individual with excellent communication and organizational skills
Our Wages
Our starting rate is $16.50 + per hour, based on experience and qualifications
We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
