Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable Pickleball Instructors to lead after-school Pickleball programs for students in grades 2–5. Instructors will introduce the fundamentals of Pickleball, promote physical activity, reinforce sportsmanship, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
Candidates should have experience in Pickleball, youth coaching, or physical education and be comfortable managing small groups of elementary-age students.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Pickleball fundamentals, including paddle skills, serving, rallying, footwork, scoring, and safety.
Organize engaging drills, skill-building exercises, and age-appropriate games.
Supervise and manage groups of students while ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building activities.
Set up and break down equipment before and after class.
Communicate with site contacts regarding attendance, student needs, or program updates.
Qualifications
Experience playing or coaching Pickleball, tennis, or similar racquet sports.
Prior experience working with elementary-age children preferred.
Strong classroom or group management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and highly professional.
Must hold an Arizona DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card .
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, session-based program.
