$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Texas
Role Summary This role focuses on providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional stress, relationship challenges, and life changes. You will manage a consistent caseload in a fully remote setting with clear expectations and a steady weekday schedule.
Responsibilities
Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
Complete assessments and establish treatment goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Track client progress and adjust care plans as needed
Qualifications
Active Texas
LMFT
license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience providing outpatient mental health services
Comfortable delivering therapy via telehealth
Strong organizational and communication skills
