Transportation Driver
to join our team and ensure safe, timely transport of our residents to and from scheduled appointments. If you’re passionate about helping others, enjoy driving, and want to make a meaningful impact in long-term care, we would love to meet you!

Your Role:
Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community visits, and scheduled outings using company-provided vehicle
Assist residents in and out of vehicles safely and respectfully
Communicate professionally with residents, family members, and healthcare partners regarding transportation timing and needs
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of facility transportation vehicles
Follow all facility safety protocols, including wheelchair securement and resident transfer safety
Assist with basic resident needs while on the road (comfort, conversation, support)
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled transports
Perform additional duties as assigned to support a positive, resident-centered environment
Who We’re Looking For:
Valid CO driver’s license with clean driving record required
CNA preferred, but NOT required
Experience working with seniors or in healthcare environments is a plus
Ability to safely assist residents with mobility challenges
Friendly, patient, and reliable team player
Able to lift/assist with resident transfers as needed (training provided)
