Job Overview
As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide transportation services for senior residents in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
Schedule & Pay
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30am-5pm
Pay:
$14 per hour; wages on demand with daily pay available
Qualifications
3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
Compassionate and caring for seniors; enjoy working with the senior population.
Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with the local area.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Have a sense of humor and a willingness to provide excellent service.
Responsibilities
Assist residents in getting on and off the bus, using safe assistance methods such as lifts or transfers.
Complete bus trip log and schedule routes efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus.
Fill out daily inspection logs and submit completed forms.
Maintain a positive attitude that supports team performance and productivity.
General Working Conditions This position involves standing for long periods, walking, and using hands to manage equipment. Drivers must communicate effectively, read and review detailed documents, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The work environment is moderately noisy and may include occasional travel to different locations.
