A Day in the Life of a Guest Services Associate The Guest Services Associate is assigned to a facility entrance to greet patients, visitors, and employees. This position is an instrumental part of the Cheyenne Regional team and is often the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing
Greets patients, visitors and employees as they enter the facility.
Assists visitors with patient room and department location information.
Escorts and assists patients and visitors, as necessary.
Assists vendors/contractors with check-in process on computer.
Cleans and sanitizes work area and items/equipment used by the public.
Answers and places internal calls as necessary utilizing telephone courtesy.
Distributes personal protective equipment (PPE) at facility entrance as needed by current healthcare regulations.
Performs basic health screenings at facility entrance as needed by current healthcare regulations.
Desired Skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and documents
Ability to locate information in electronic health record (EHR)
Ability to demonstrates an independent work initiative, sound judgment and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong cognitive and problem-solving skills all with minimal supervision
Knowledge of facility layout and department locations
Here Is What You Will Need
Six (6) months or more of customer service experience
Nice to Have
High school diploma (or Equivalent Certificate from an accredited program) or higher degree
